How do I change the time of an existing booking?

You can change any booking up to 6 hours before pick up. You incur no charge for these cancellations.

If you change the time within 6 hours of pick-up, you will be charged 25% of the booking price. We are sorry about this but we have already assigned the driver to this job.

We recommend you enter the flight details, so you won't be charged if you flight is delayed. See How Do I Make a New Booking for more details.

To change the time of an existing booking:

1. Login using the icon at the top of each page, if are not already logged in.
2. Click on Bookings.
   A list of your existing bookings appear.
3. Select the booking to change.
   The Edit Booking page appears.
4. Change the relevant information.
   If a charge is incurred, it is listed now for confirmation.
5. If you haven't already, enter your flight number so we can track your flight.
6. Click Save to confirm the changes.
