Choosing a profile

To select a profile before requesting a trip, you have two options. Either:

- Set your pickup location
- Tap the displayed trip profile (to the left of your payment method)
- Choose the profile you’d like to ride on

Or:

- Open the main menu in your app and click on the active profile under your name
- Choose the profile you’d like to ride on

Changing the profile will update the payment method to the default on the selected profile. You can, however, change the payment method independently of the profile.

In addition to choosing a profile before requesting a trip, you may also switch profiles at any point before your trip comes to an end:

- Tap the profile name and icon under your driver’s information
- Choose the profile you’d like to ride on
